Meeting at the lake? Sounds like a relaxed trip! But in this case, however, there was much more behind it. At this year's developer meeting on September 18, the focus was clearly on the workshop part. Exchange, questions, best practices - there was an opportunity to exchange views on all topics that drive development. The participation was not limited to the developers –just everyone involved in the technical implementation of our software including UX, web development and system integration.

In order to get everyone involved and achieve effective results, the workshop was held in open space format. All participants had the opportunity to contribute their topics and to discuss them in coordinated slots. Altogether, eight sessions took place - the whole time before and after the workshop was spent together. After the last session, the great beach atmosphere could be fully enjoyed with barbecue and chilling. Our conclusion: A relaxed atmosphere is very beneficial to promote professional exchange.
