Agility needs to be lived! That holds especially true regarding the knowledge transfer between agile and not (yet) agile teams in an organization. To this end two scrum masters from the we22 AG in Cologne travelled to Berlin last week.
Their mission was to teach their colleagues from Web4Business about agile methods and the Scrum framework. Using a team model canvas the team of five learned a whole lot about themselves, each other and their common goals.
The result: Several new recurring meetings for retrospective and review of the methods and results of their work, a greater sense of their respective strengths and weaknesses and a strong, jointly developed mission.
That is how agile knowledge transfer works in successful teams!
