Content Management AG, a leading provider of web-based applications and value-added services, is proud to announce that it has completed the custom integration of booking.com’s booking button functionality and has made it available on websites maintained with CM4all Sites. Booking.com B.V., part of the Priceline Group (NASDAQ: PCLN), owns and operates Booking.com™, the world leader in booking accommodations online. More than 750,000 room nights are reserved on Booking.com every day.
Thanks to smart integration of the widget into booking.com’s system environment, all hotels need to do is enter their booking.com hotel ID once in the CM4all Sites widget configuration dialog and position the widget as desired on their website. A booking button with the correct credentials is then automatically integrated into the site when the site is published. The button allows leisure and business travelers to check room availability for their arrival and departure dates and conveniently opens the booking form at booking.com. The widget is available free of charge to any user worldwide in the full version of CM4all Sites. And since the hotel and travel industry is truly international, the booking.com widget will be made available in all language versions of CM4all Sites right from the start.
“Thanks to a great partnership with booking.com, we were able to integrate their booking button into our premium website building solution CM4all Sites as a draggable widget and offer it to our OEM partners worldwide. We are looking forward to a successful long-term relationship with booking.com and hope that the many hotels that already use our software to maintain their websites will now include our booking.com widget,” explains Silke Kanes, Director Product Development at Content Management AG.
As always, the new booking.com widget will be made available to CM4all’s global OEM partner network in the next release of CM4all Sites. OEM partners can easily extend the number of widgets by choosing from the available selection, including the new booking.com widget, and also incorporate their own via CM4all’s unique Widget Developer Network.
