Content Management AG, a leading provider of web-based applications and value-added services, is proud to announce that Key-Systems recently signed a multi-year OEM partner agreement for CM4all Sites. Founded in 1998, Key-Systems GmbH manages over three million domains for more than 70,000 customers worldwide and is among the 15 largest ICANN registrars (by number of gTLD domain names managed). The company's growing portfolio of automated registrations includes more than 1,000 extensions, including pre-orders for new top-level domain extensions.
“Quality was key for us in electing to use CM4all’s premium sitebuilding solution CM4all Sites going forward. The company has a 15-year proven track record of continuously keeping their sitebuilding applications at the forefront of the industry and when their operations team makes a promise, we know they will deliver. This dovetails very nicely with our goal of always striving to provide nothing but the best value to our domain and hosting customers worldwide,” explains Alexander Siffrin, CEO of Key-Systems.
Thanks to CM4all Sites’ Instant Setup Page, an intuitive WYSIWYG editor and CM4all’s widget technology, users at all levels can create sophisticated and professional websites with ease. The built-in features range from contact forms through photo galleries to social media connectivity with Facebook®, Twitter® and Google+™. OEM partners can easily extend the number of widgets and incorporate their own via CM4all’s unique Widget Developer Network. CM4all Sites also delivers truly responsive websites including hundreds of design templates, web fonts and filter effects for background images, so users can realize their very own vision of an attractive web presence.
"We are pleased to welcome Key-Systems, one of Europe's leading domain registrars, to our long-standing global OEM network. Looking forward to a successful long-term partnership, we are confident that CM4all Sites is a perfect match for Key-Systems in their drive to capitalize on the flourishing new TLD market, including their own .saarland initiative," says Robert Schovenberg, CEO of Content Management AG.
In the coming weeks, CM4all Sites will be adapted to Key-Systems’ corporate design, installed in various language versions in the company’s data center for Key-Systems’ retail portal domaindiscount24, and integrated into its system environment. The next step is for Key-Systems’ affiliate, US-based registrar Moniker, to integrate CM4all Sites into its environment.
