Cologne’s Agile Community met again on May 15th to exchange experiences from working with agile frameworks. We were thrilled to host the gathering at the CM4all office, and offer a space for 50 Scrum and Kanban experts from various companies, including our own colleagues, to benefit from knowledge spillovers.
The 88th iteration of “Scrumtisch” (Scrum table) was kicked off with a round of snacks and chilled drinks at 7pm, setting the mood for spontaneous and productive discussions. As is typical for such meet-ups, the topics to be discussed were defined ad-hoc by the participants. Due to the Open Space format of the event, every agile topic, problem or challenge introduced could be discussed, and solutions found if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the buzz of creative energy and excitement of people passionately conversing and exchanging ideas.
We would like to thank all participants for their input and positive feedback regarding our efforts as a host, and look forward to organizing and promoting many more events like “Scrumtisch”in the future. It is always a great pleasure to learn from each other!
