Robert Schovenberg studied business administration in Cologne and Berlin. He ventured into the Internet business by founding his first company during his university studies in 1998. In 1999, Robert co-founded Content Management AG with Cornel Schnietz. As CEO, he drives the continuous growth of the company and its brands CM4all and web4business. Robert lives in Berlin, Germany, with his wife and two daughters.
Cornel Schnietz studied physics and philosophy in Cologne. He was a manager on the technical side at various web design firms for several years before he co-founded his first business with Robert Schovenberg in 1998. At Content Management AG, Cornel drives the technical success of the CM4all Sites and web4business software products. He lives in Cologne, Germany, with his family.
Ben Birkhofer completed his studies of business administration in Göttingen, Germany, and holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland. He joined CM-AG in 2000. Ben established the company's first overseas office in the United States and since 2004 has served as President and Managing Director of CM AG's subsidiary Content Management Inc. in Boston, Massachusetts. Today Ben is responsible for CM4all's overall marketing and operations. He lives with his girlfriend in Cologne, Germany.
Silke Kanes studied computer science in the late 1980s and started her career in B2B sales and marketing for highly technical software products. She joined CM4all in 2002 and is responsible for development of all OEM-related CM4all products. Silke and her staff work closely with the developers in our scrum teams and are very engaged in introducing new collaboration approaches for better user experience. She lives with her family in a small village outside of Cologne, Germany.
Frank Müller studied theoretical physics and philosophy in Cologne and has 17 years of experience in the software industry. He has been with CM4all from the very beginning and developed CM4all’s OEM partner management activities. Frank supervises the Key Account Management team, which is responsible for CM4all’s worldwide OEM projects, sales and partner management. He lives with his wife in Cologne, Germany.
Babak Vahedipour-Kunze studied computer science in Bonn and founded his first software business during his studies. As the chief architect of CM4all he oversees the whole CM4all technology both from developers' and administrators' perspectives. Babak is with CM4all from its very beginning and was responsible for the development since its first line of code. He lives with his family in Cologne, Germany.
