You will join our other agile/scrum professionals in supervising our well-integrated scrum and kanban teams. The ideal candidate will have strong team-building and management skills, and will act as a staunch advocate for the team. Your responsibilities include motivating your team members so that you can celebrate your shared success when specified sprint goals are met. This position requires excellent organizational skills and an endless supply of ideas to contribute to retrospectives.
You will be working closely with product owners and other team stakeholders and will support them in formulating effective user stories. Other responsibilities include maintaining transparency concerning your team’s and your own work, and promoting and fostering (new) agile methods and techniques.
As a scrum expert and enthusiast, you are familiar with agile processes, whether you’ve been in the business for 10+ years or if you’ve just joined the club.
You are confident, well-organized and, most importantly, able to inspire others.
You are a university graduate with a technology or business degree, or you’ve received similar training, e.g., in an agency or as an Agile Coach.
Candidates with work experience in scrum and kanban environments are preferred and ideally also have expertise in product and project management.
You should be passionate about working with technology and, together with your team, be motivated to develop great ideas for new software functions for both mobile devices and desktops.
Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
