CM4all products are developed precisely for use on the web. There is no need for users to buy traditional software and then install it on their local machine at greater expense and inconvenience since all CM4all products are natively designed and optimized as SaaS solutions.

CM4all takes full advantage of the Application Service Provider model. Acquisition costs are distributed over the contract period and there are of course the advantages of automatic system updates. This way, CM4all provides updates and maintenance on a regular basis via remote administration after the initial installation.

Using the ASP model, OEM partners can handle high numbers of users with true scalability. In fact, up to 50,000 accounts can be stored on a single server so our OEM partners can save on hardware costs and offer CM4all products at a very attractive price.

The CM4all server software runs on the hardware and in the data center of our OEM customers. The software can easily be integrated in their existing billing, control panel and customer center architecture.

There’s a range of server solutions to choose from, depending on the individual requirements and the number of end users the OEM partner expects to serve. Field-tested configurations include single-server solutions, installations with two redundant servers and highly scalable cluster systems.
