The functions of all CM4all implementations are monitored by administrators 24 hours a day. In the event of irregular system behavior, the system executes self-diagnostics and initiates the necessary countermeasures. If this isn’t possible, CM4all administrators on duty 24/7 monitoring the health parameters of the systems are notified automatically according to the agreed SLA and they will ensure that the system is restored to a fully functioning state .
CM4all provides second-level support for the products in English and German. A 24/7 hotline for emergencies (errors of the highest priority level) is additionally available.
The first-level support of your company can naturally contact the second-level support in the event of difficult problems other than programming languages. Your company will receive detailed support information in a separate SLA document as part of the overall partnership contract.
