In this instance, CM4all works closely with you to configure the product packages specified for the Hosting Platform. The packages require properties to be defined during consultation such as additional third party software products, scripting languages and databases e.g. PHP and MYSQL.

Internal or external services to be connected with our solution will be defined as part of the consultation process. Your company can of course fully determine product properties such as quotas for the web space; the monthly transfer volumes provided as well as the available number of databases and included web applications.

Additional hosting packages can be configured and offered by CM4all according to your requirements and specification during our partnership.

CM4all Sites will be provided in the language of your choice. The offered product versions of CM4all Sites differ in the number of editable pages and, of course, the scope of their features based on each customer license. 

The CM4all OnlineDrive is also delivered with language and tariff/feature configuration options firmly in mind. Full control of disk space, transfer volume assigned and product versions offered allow you to set the optimum paths to upgrades.

Example: The CM4all Customer Control Panel

Your company requires a Control Panel component to give your customers management of the hosting products you wish to sell them. Customers can also register domains and monitor the status of ordered or registered domains with your preferred Registrar as well as calling up their website statistics (as long as these features are offered by your hosting product package). We will however handle the integration of your back office software with your Customer Control Panel.

As an example, the following control panel options are offered by CM4all:

  • Product overview
  • Domain management and registration
  • Management of website building software (CM4all Sites, CM4all WebsiteCreator)
  • Website statistics for end users

CM4all can also provide additional product properties. The CM4all OnlineDrive and a module for customer SSH access may be logical products to consider within the context of a hosting portfolio. These components can be integrated seamlessly as and when required.

Administration Panel and Statistics Tool

Your company asks your CM4all Key Account Manager for an administration panel for account administration and a statistics tool to retrieve information about system parameters and hosted websites. CM4all then supports your company to define the optimum functionality for these tools and – if required - to integrate them in your existing administration environments.
