We therefore ensure that you are able to market our software successfully, which involves the ongoing development and maintenance of our software just as much as professional support and advice.
Supervision from CM-AG
As an OEM customer, you receive individual supervision and advice before, during and after conclusion of the contract. A CM-AG Project Manager who is responsible for your company co-ordinates the screen design, implementation, tests, and optional training which will ensure that a contact person keeps you abreast of developments.
Due to web-based server technology, you will very soon be able to perform online testing of the initial screen designs and interfaces.
Project realisation and security
Our software technology is installed directly in the data center of the OEM customer via online installation. CM-AG is also able to perform system administration via remote maintenance while the system is in operation. It is additionally possible to organise back-up systems and carry out load balancing.
As the servers are located in our customers Data Centers, we are able to shorten the realisation period of the project while fulfilling the strictest security requirements.
